Parent FAQ
What do we need to join a session?
A laptop or tablet with a camera, headphones, and a stable internet connection. We email a short materials list before each project week so you can use everyday household items.
Are the classes really live?
Yes. Every session is taught live by a GardenVista educator in groups of up to six learners. We do not sell pre-recorded courses.
Who teaches the sessions?
Educators with classroom or tutoring experience who complete a background check, a child-safeguarding orientation, and a teaching trial before working with learners.
How do you protect my child's privacy?
A parent or guardian creates and controls the account. We collect only what is needed to run the session, we never sell personal information, and we do not use children's information for advertising. See our Children's Privacy / COPPA Notice for details.
