Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the GardenVista LLC website and enrollment in our online educational sessions. By enrolling, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the learner.

2. The service

GardenVista provides live, small-group online classes for children ages 5 to 14. Session times, educators, and curriculum may change; we will give notice of material schedule changes and offer an alternative session.

3. Guardian responsibilities

• Supply accurate enrollment and billing information and keep it current.
• Provide the device, internet connection, and supervision appropriate to the child's age.
• Keep account credentials private; children may not hold or use the login.
• Ensure the learner follows the class conduct expectations below.

4. Conduct

Learners are expected to treat educators and classmates with respect. We may remove a learner from a session for behavior that disrupts learning or endangers others, and may end an enrollment for repeated incidents. We will contact the guardian first wherever possible.

5. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax. Billing continues until cancelled. See the Payment & Checkout Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, and site content belong to GardenVista and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial family use during enrollment. Work created by a learner belongs to the learner's family.

7. Recordings

Sessions are generally not recorded. If a session will be recorded for educational purposes, guardians are told in advance and may decline; recordings are never published publicly.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee particular academic results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GardenVista's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the enrollment at any time. On termination we stop future billing and, where applicable, issue a refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
